This was great for my first time using a carpet care company! I got the feeling that there were no dumb questions.

Freddy was amazing to work with! Patience and knowledge!

We’ve worked with Xtra Touch Carpet Care for years and can’t say enough good things about Freddy and his team! Freddy is incredibly communicative, responsive, and always willing to make time for our last-minute requests — which we really appreciate.

Not only does he do excellent work (our carpets always look amazing), but he’s also so polite, professional, and just an absolute pleasure to have around. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and kind in this industry. Highly recommend Xtra Touch Carpet Care!

With over 35 years in our home, we've tried many carpet cleaning companies. Xtra Touch far exceeds all other companies and we're set forever!! We've used Freddy's monthly payment program for 5 years and love it and him.

Was able to schedule carpet cleaning service with a day and a half notice ( I have a busy work schedule). Freddy was professional and courteous, got the job done in a timely manner. No complaints, my carpets look much cleaner than they have in a long time !

After searching for someone to clean just my upholstered expensive chair, I was referred to Freddy. The price was right and they came out EARLY, if you can believe that! They were professional and quick and even though there were some tough stains, they put in extra work to get them out for me and then lowered the cost of the bill! You seriously can’t ask for better service! If we were staying in the state we’d of course use them again; instead, I’m writing a review and sending to everyone I know because this was exceptional service! Thank you for making my chair gorgeous again! 🙏😆
